I love this blue dress on you. Turtlenecks can be great layering pieces - I always have 2 or 3 in my wardrobe.
Thanks Sheila! I'm thinking about picking up a few more from AA as I like the way the neck fits. That's what always kills turtleneck for me...a too-tight neck.
